Starting today, you can buy Imaginary Daughter online, but I’d like to ask you to wait for a bit before splurging, since I’m still waiting for my proof copies. This is why I’m not giving you the links to the store right now.
It’s a bit complicated. It’s been a while since I’ve felt like such a noob. Basically it involves ISBNs, barcodes, Point-Of-Sales and stuff, and if you don’t know what those are and/or how they work, welcome to the past two weeks of my life. Anyway, the bottom line is that the book is already being sold even though I haven’t yet had a chance to check the actual real-world product.
I did go carefully over the originals and the digital proof, but you never know. On the other hand, you could buy it now and perhaps end with a valuable buggy first-edition that will one day sell for millions once I become a comic-world star…
Right. Better just wait until I publish the store links, which should be in two to three weeks if I’m to believe what I’m told.
